Every service ELEVENTHBIT R&D COMPANY LLC sells is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. This policy explains how your order reaches you, how long it usually takes and what happens if something goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. How we deliver
- Editing, figures and publication support: we email you the finished files, or a link to download them from secure cloud storage. Edited manuscripts are returned with tracked changes and a clean copy.
- Websites and web applications: we deploy the finished site to your hosting account or the hosting set out in your quote, and hand over the source code, documentation and any account access you need.
- Mobile apps: we hand over the source code and the build files, and help you publish the app under your own Apple or Google developer account.
2. When the turnaround starts
Turnaround is counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). It starts once we have confirmed your order, received full payment, and received everything we need from you, such as your files, journal details or website content. Your written quote states the delivery date for your order, and that date applies over the typical times below.

Editing times are for a typical manuscript of up to 8,000 words. Longer documents take longer, and your quote gives the exact date. Development times depend on you providing content, feedback and approvals on time.
4. Delivery confirmation
When we deliver, we send you an email confirming what was delivered and the date. For websites and apps, we also ask you to confirm your approval in writing before launch or handover. We keep these confirmations, with our file-transfer records, as the record of delivery for your order.
If you have not received your delivery by the date in your quote, please check your spam folder and then contact us. We will resend it straight away.
5. Delays
If we expect to miss a delivery date, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new date. If we miss the date we confirmed in writing, and the delay is not caused by missing files, information or feedback from you, you may cancel the undelivered work for a full refund of it, or choose to wait. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Checking your delivery
Please check each delivery when you receive it. If it does not match what was agreed, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no cost.
7. Support after delivery
- Re-editing: where your editing service includes re-editing of a revised manuscript, you can send the revised version within 90 days of delivery, as shown on our pricing page.
- Websites and apps: bugs in what was agreed are fixed at no cost during the post-launch support period for your package (14, 30 or 60 days, or as stated in your quote). Changes or new features after that are quoted separately.
