1. Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are the internationally recognized guidelines for making web content accessible. We have not yet had an independent audit, so we describe our work as aiming for this standard rather than claiming full conformance.
2. What we have done
- Built pages with standard HTML headings, lists and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
- Added text alternatives to meaningful images and hidden purely decorative ones from assistive technology.
- Made menus, pricing tabs and forms usable with a keyboard, with visible labels on form fields.
- Used text and background colors chosen for readable contrast.
- Made the layout work on phones and tablets and when text is enlarged.
- Background videos play without sound and contain no essential information.
- The principles slider on our About page stops moving on its own if your device is set to reduce motion, and pauses while you hover over it or use it with a keyboard.
3. Known limitations
- Background videos in page headers play automatically. They are silent and decorative, but there is not yet a pause button.
- The principles slider on our About page moves to the next card every few seconds and has no pause button. On touch screens it keeps moving unless your device is set to reduce motion; you can return to any card with the dots below it.
- Some older documents and images supplied by third parties may not be fully accessible.
We are working to fix these and review the site whenever we make significant changes.
4. Getting help in another format
If you have difficulty using any part of the website, contact us and we will provide the information you need in another way, for example by email, by phone or in an accessible document. We can also take quote requests and orders by email or phone.
5. Feedback and contact
Please tell us about any accessibility problem you find. We aim to reply within 1 business day. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm US Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays.
