Social Media Manager
Be the creative voice of EleventhBit R&D LLC — grow our brand, community and reach across every channel.
Part-time — initially 20 hours per week.
100% remote position.
Converts to full-time after 3 months of strong performance.
Content strategy
Own the content calendar and plan posts across all platforms.
Campaign management
Plan and run product launch and promotional campaigns.
Content creation
Produce posts, graphics, captions and short-form video.
Analytics & reporting
Track reach, growth and engagement; report every month.
Community management
Reply to comments and DMs; grow and engage the audience.
Collaboration
Work closely with the CEO, editorial and design teams.
Brand voice
Keep a consistent, professional voice across every channel.
Trends & research
Watch trends and competitors to keep content fresh.
Offered on an hourly or task basis.
Initially 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
Converts to a full-time role after 3 months.
This is a 100% remote position.
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; marketing or communications a plus.
Required skills
Experience
Prior social media or content-creation experience is preferred.
