Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee publication in a specific journal?
No, and no ethical provider can. Editorial decisions belong to the journal. What we can do is improve the language and presentation of your manuscript and help you choose a suitable journal. You submit it and deal with the journal directly.
Do you offer authorship or write papers on request?
No. We do not sell authorship, write research papers for clients to submit as their own, or arrange for papers to be published. That breaches publication ethics and we decline such requests.
Can you maintain the system after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a period of post-launch support. Ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately, or the system can be handed to your own team with documentation.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Ownership of the custom work we create for you transfers to you once the project is paid in full, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Third-party components keep their own licenses, and we tell you about any that need a paid license before you buy it.
Will you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Integration with existing databases, identity providers, learning platforms and institutional systems is a normal part of scoping.
