1. What are cookies?

2. Cookies and storage we use
All of the items below are strictly necessary or remember a choice you made. Under data protection laws such as the GDPR and the UK and EU ePrivacy rules, these do not require your consent, but we list them here so you know exactly what is stored.

If you only browse our public pages, the session cookie above is not set. It is used only when EleventhBit staff sign in.
3. What we do not use
- No analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics).
- No advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels.
- No cookies that follow you across other websites.
- No selling or sharing of cookie data with advertisers.
If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Third-party services
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google's servers. Google does not set cookies for this, but your browser sends your IP address to Google to download the fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Payment providers: when you pay online, you complete payment on our payment provider's secure page (for example, PayPal or a card processor). That provider may set its own strictly necessary cookies for security and fraud prevention, under its own cookie policy.
- WhatsApp and social media links: these are ordinary links. Nothing from WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook loads on our pages until you click a link and visit their site.
5. How to control cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Help pages for common browsers:
Blocking cookies will not affect our public pages. Staff sign-in will not work without its session cookie.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
